Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were sent, unused, undamaged, and with any original packaging included where applicable.

To start a return, please email carla@ilovestudiocm.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending the item back.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item is returned in its original condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.
