Orders and Payment

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Studio CM is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email carla@ilovestudiocm.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review and determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
