Cylinder Spike Vase

When nature inspires design!

This Cylinder Vase is a nod to the ceiba spike tree known for its thorny exterior. The tree is native to tropical regions in the Americas and boasts beautiful flowers seasonally. 

The vases are crafted by ceramist, Elvia from Atzompa, Oaxaca. For the past 45 years she's been producing ceramic work from a traditional underground oven maintaining the hearth manually.
